The Creator's Opposition

Every individual, every team, every class, and every organization encounters opposition on their way to achieving their goals and finding joy in their efforts to create.  The resulting friction comes in many forms, including misaligned expectations, conflict, competition, and a myriad of other unexpected circumstances that remove satisfaction and enjoyment. The environment is continually changing. Many times, learning isn't happening, and it results in individuals or organizations getting stuck.

Opposition can slow down or derail momentum toward goals and learning, or it can create the friction necessary for movement, momentum, and the resulting happiness that comes.

Currently, many people do not recognize that they have a consistent, repeatable process to mitigate the risk of uncertainty and opposition, let alone leverage opposition to reach a higher level of creativity and innovation. The result is that the learning, confidence, creation, and innovation that drive results can be sporadic and unpredictable. Happiness, satisfaction, and joy can be much more sustainable than this.

​The solution is for individuals and teams to be constantly learning and seeking truth in dynamically changing ecosystems. Because all of creation is in motion, we need to keep ourselves in motion. Not just false motion but acting rather than being acted upon. The speed at which we can learn while the environment changes improves the speed at which we can take action to bring rhythm and tempo to our lives. This learning gives us the ability to create new visions, paradigms, solutions, options, etc., and this is why we exist, to create!
